Every year before The Great Balloon Race they have two nights of showing off the balloons up close and personal. It’s a huge family event and a lot of fun. If ever you get a chance to go… GO! It’s Awesome!                                   

Churchill Downs Backside – Louisville Photographer

We took another trip to the backside of Churchill Downs the other day. It’s starting to get pretty crazy back there this close to Derby time. It was really buzzing with excitement. Here are a few of the shots. As you can tell the weather was a little less than perfect.

The Backside Tour – Louisville Photographer

A small group of us decided to take the tour of the Backside at Churchill Downs this morning. We were lucky enough to see some of the Derby and Oaks horses train. We had so much fun! Our tour guide was AWESOME and we will be back this week to get some more shots of a potential Kentucky Derby winner :)   Here are a few of my favorites. Enjoy :)
