Today here in Louisville the Flags for Veterans group set up a display on the Great Lawn in Waterfront Park. I had the opportunity to head downtown and document this touching sight.

I had the wonderful opportunity of sharing in the wedding ceremony of some amazing friends. I was able to take a few pictures while I was there. This couple is so in love! They were married at Thunder Over Louisville, and for anyone who doesn’t know what that is, it’s a HUGE kick-off to the Kentucky Derby Festival here in Louisville. They were married before the show started and after the ceremony everyone hung out and watched the air show and the fireworks… What a way to spend your wedding day… TOTALLY RELAXED!! It was perfect! Here are a couple of the shots that I liked from the wedding. Jen was BEAUTIFUL!!!
Ever since we moved into this house, the backyard has blossomed with new flowers every year. This year it was this beautiful azalea bush. It, like all the other bushes, has always been there, it just decided to bloom randomly. I’m not complaining at all though, because the blooms were BEAUTIFUL! Here is my new, (old), surprising little bush… I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
